License Information and Terms of Use
Different terms of use apply for different products.
The following products are available:
CLIPART AND BLANK TEMPLATES (digital use is allowed)
PRINTABLES AND RECIPE CARDS (only hand-finished products are allowed)
RESELLERS GRAPHICS (digital use with extended rights is allowed)
TERMS OF USE FOR
CLIPART AND
BLANK TEMPLATES
You can use graphics for commercial or personal use.
The extended license fee is now included in price of the Clipart and Blank Templates,
no extra payment is required.
You can use clipart and blank templates in the following ways:
- You may create and sell your finished craft products.
- You may create printed, finished craft products for personal use, for gift giving, etc...
- You may also design and sell digital products created with my clipart and blank templates.
(Please make sure your digital products are on a merged/flattened background.)
- You may sell digitized embroidery designs, digital scrapbook pages,
other printable crafts, etc...
- You may offer free samples.
- Sharing printables and other craft products created with my clipart is NOT allowed for personal use.
(If you'd like to share your creations via groups and such, please purchase
a special collection, For Friends Collection, created just for this purpose.)
- Sharing the original images or files is not allowed.
If you would like to use my clipart "as is" to include in your kits,
please check out my
resell rights graphics as those sets come with extended rights.
- Credit for the artwork must be given to Prints of Joy to insure everyone knows the source of the artwork.
Here's an example of a credit link:
"(Some) Graphics by Prints of Joy"
- All graphics remain copyrighted by Prints of Joy with all rights reserved.

PRINTABLES
AND RECIPE CARDS
You can use printables in the following ways:
- You may use my printables/recipe cards to create
different types of tangible, hand-made crafts you personally make and sell.
- You may print them out on paper and sell them as printed sheets or sell
assembled products.
(Everything may be used for personal use as well.)
There is no quantity restriction, create as many products as needed.
- You may NOT sell or share blank printables or ebooks.
If you want to sell my printables in a digital format, or if you wish to resell them, please check out my
resell rights graphics as those sets come with extended rights.
Notes
When you purchase a collection from me you are purchasing the right to use the images.
You are granted a
nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use my graphics according to the copyright.
The ownership of the artwork does not transfer to you.
I retain the copyright for all my collections.
I reserve the right, at my own discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use.
Please check the Terms of Use periodically for changes.
